Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, of course. We ship to every country. In fact, to date, about 3/4 of our customers are overseas.

You will see the shipping costs in your cart order, when you select your country.

We do combine shipping so if you purchase more than one item you'll get a discount on shipping charge.

If you make an order over 150$ we offer free shipping.

Where are you located?
In the beautiful Barcelona, Spain.

We will ship your order within 3 business days of payment, sometimes sooner.

Personalized necklaces will take 7-15 days before sending the packet because we need to work on your order. If this is the case we will contact to you.

The shipping usually takes around:
*Spain: 3 business days
*Europe: 1 week
*World: 2 weeks (sometimes more, depending where you are from)

All items are sent through the Spanish Postal System and they are sent via Certified Air Mail. It includes a tracking number and insurance.

Items sent via Registered Service have a delivery confirmation, it means that if when the postman go to your home there's nobody there, the item remains in your nearest post office until you pick it. In case nobody picks the packet up (15 natural days after receive the advice) from the post office and it gets return safe to me, I will resend it but the customer must pay the shipping costs again.

We use a lot of packaging, mainly bubble wrap to insure your items arrive safely and little boxes for large orders. We try to recycle all we can.

Refunds and Exchanges
*If I don´t receive my packet, will you resend it?
To present time I have NEVER had a case like this.

*We are NOT responsible for any taxes, charges, handling fees, duties, or any other fees that your package may encounter upon arrival in your country.

*We will be responsible for lost items sent as Registered mail service ONLY if do not appear as Delivered or Attempt to delivered on the tracking. If they are lost we will refund your money minus the shipping costs or if you want we will offer any item with the same or less price.

*We do everything with much care and want to have all my customers satisfied, so contact PBF for anything you need.

*We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us and then you will be able to return your order in its original condition with its original packaging within 2 days of delivery. Buyer must pay for the return shipping (Registered Service required) and be sure that item is shipped and received in clean, like new condition. Please send us a note BEFORE shipping to let us know you're returning something to check PO box.
